Mobile lab
In some cases it is difficult to test in 2C’s test lab in Rotterdam. For example if:
- Users have to work with their own computer
- A site is only available within the organisation (for instance intranet)
- A site is focused on a local target group
- The user is a busy professional
For this purpose 2C has a complete mobile test lab. The mobile lab makes it possible to test at virtually every location in the world in a comfortable and professional way.
Observation
To observe the participants during the test, it is important that two rooms be available at the test location. One of these rooms can be installed as a test room and the other as observation room. Considering the specific cables that are needed, the rooms must be within 50 ft / 15 m of each other.
Involved employees of the client and possibly other third parties are expressly invited to observe a test. It is our experience that watching the test is more convincing than reading about it in a report.
Watching a test is not possible when participants are tested at their own location. The mobile lab makes it possible to record the test and watch it later.
No additional Costs
No extra fees are charged for the use of the mobile lab.
