Focus group interview room
Group interviews, panel discussions, customer panels and focus groups are conducted in a special room. This room consists of a large meeting table, several integrated cameras and microphones and a with a screen to show concepts, sites and other items to participants.
This room is suitable for groups from 6 to a maximum of 20 people. Here the participants can discuss issues amongst each other under the guidance of a competent and experienced discussion leader. A special observation room is available to watch and listen to the interviews, without disturbing the participants.
Observation room
Employees of the client and involved third parties are expressly invited to observe a test. It is our experience that watching the test is more convincing than reading about it in a report.
Watching an interview is very comfortable in our well equipped observation room. You are able to watch the participants at the different screens with different views of the interview room. The sounds in the interview room are transmitted very clearly to the observation room.
The room is highly soundproofed so as to allow undisturbed discussion amongst participants and experts of 2C. Snacks and refreshments are provided and make watching the test even more comfortable.
