Testlabs
2C has several research facilities, including three test labs:
- 2C Usability lab
2C has a modern usability lab in which users can work with a website or software without disturbance and still be optimally observed. - Focus group interview room
This is a room in which larger groups (maximum of 20 persons) can discuss concepts with each other under the guidance of an experienced and independent leader. Inconspicuously installed microphones and cameras make it possible to observe the group without disturbing or influencing them. - Mobile lab
The mobile lab makes it possible to test on location. With this lab, it is possible to observe during testing. The lab is particularly useful for testing an intranet or conducting a test in which participants will be tested at a certain time or in a certain location. The lab can be used for focus group discussion on location as well.
