An online survey is a research method that makes it possible to discover the opinion of a large group of users in a relatively short period of time.

Working method

With an online questionnaire you can reach a large group of (potential) users or customers in a quick way. Naturally, all sorts of questions (open and closed, multiple choice, scaled questions) can be used in the survey.
                        
2C has a large database with participants from which ‘regular’ consumers and business participants can be recruited. Participants can be recruited as well by putting a hyperlink on your website or by mailing a database with clients, employees or other contacts.

When

The online survey is especially suitable for discovering the way in which the opinions, visions and needs for a service, product, concept or website are divided within a target group. Questions about the market potential, business models and pricing can be put in the questionnaire as well.

The online survey can be used for measuring as well as comparing the satisfaction of customers, employees or visitors on a regular basis. In that case, the so called measure zero will be conducted first.

Research time & deliverables

The time required to conduct an online survey depends a lot on your target group, the response and the complexity of your questionnaire. On average, an online questionnaire takes about 2 to 3 weeks, from the moment the survey is online until the delivery of the report.

The results of the survey will be collected, analyzed with a statistical analysis program and displayed in a report. We will present this report to your organisation in collaboration with you.
