Workshop Usability
Would you like to increase and expand your knowledge about usability? During the Usability Workshop you learn to think as an end user. You learn everything about user friendliness and the implementation of usability on your website or intranet. The workshop will be provided by instructors with many years of experience as usability experts.
You learn to adjust the structure, content and design of your website according to usability standards. During the workshop your website will be used and discussed in order to determine the most important usability problems. In addition, you learn a simple way to conduct a usability test of your website.
Working method
2C organizes the workshop for a class (for individual participants from different companies) and ‘in-house’ (for participants from one organisation). The workshop in a class takes place at 2C in Rotterdam. The in-house workshop can be held at your office or at 2C as well.
For whom?
Prior experience is not necessary. Anyone who wants to know more about usability can attend the workshops: Webmasters, content managers, web text writers, designers, project leaders, project managers and web editors.
The workshop takes one day. However, 2C can adjust the content of the workshop and make sure it fits your needs and knowledge level.
Expenses
Participating in the Usability Workshop costs € 495,- per person, excluding VAT and including:
- Reading handouts
- Checklist ‘guidelines for a user friendly website’
- Overview with the most important usability tips
- Discussion of your own website
- Lunch
Additional participants from the same organisation pay € 395,- per person.
