Personas Workshop
With the Personas Workshop, 2C offers you detailed explanations and examples for designing and using personas. Personas are tools for directing your service, application or website to the end user. The usability experts of 2C have a lot of experience with the design, implementation and the use of personas and are happy to share this knowledge with you.
After you have participated in a workshop, you will know what personas are and how you can design and use them in your specific situation. You will have experienced for yourself how you can apply the personas on your website or application or how you can use them for writing text and designing websites and applications.
Working method
2C organises workshop for individual participants from different companies, or, an ‘in-house’ class/workshop (for participants from one organisation). The workshop as a class takes place with 2C in Rotterdam. The in-house company workshop can be held at your office or at 2C as well.
For whom?
Prior experience is not necessary. Anyone who would like to know more about personas can attend the workshops; Webmasters, content managers, web text writers, designers, project leaders, project managers and web editors.
The workshop takes one day. However, 2C can adjust the content of the workshop and make sure it fits your wishes and knowledge level.
Expenses
Participating in the Usability Workshop costs € 495,- per person, excluding VAT and including:
- Reading handouts
- Example Personas
- Guidelines for designing Personas
- Discussion of possible Personas for your organisation
- Lunch
Additional participants from the same organisation pay € 395,- per person.
