Recruiting participants
2C has a large database of possible participants. This database is used by 2C to recruit participants for our own tests, but is available for tests by third parties as well. The database represents participants with various backgrounds; young and old, men and women, students, civil servants and business people and everybody in between.
2C recruits participants for focus groups, customer panels, mystery shopping, one-on-one interviews, group interviews and test panels.
Working method
We begin with a description of the kind of participants you need for a certain tests. We will then compare your needs to our database and let you know if the needed participants are available. We will immediately notify you about the costs of the recruitment. After we have your agreement we will start recruiting participants.
When
We may be able to assist you with participant recruitement should you want to conduct the usability study on your own.
Recruitment time & expenses
Usually we need about a week to recruit the right participants for you. The time we need naturally depends on the profile of the participants, the compensation for the participants plus time required from the participants as well as when and where you need them. We believe that if we engage in consultation with you, you will have a lot of options.
Usually the cost for recruitment is:
- Consumer background: € 40,-
- Business background: € 75,-
This excludes the compensation for the participants. Specific target groups may have different rates.
