Besides conducting usability research, 2C offers other services concerning usability. These services support organisations in a practical way with improving the usability of websites.
- Participation in project team
A 2C usability expert joins the project and represents the end user or consumer (‘the user advocate’) and advises on the project’s usability. - Personas
By describing fictional, typical end users, all parties involved know whom the website is made for and who the end users are. - Interaction designs
To begin with: 2C doesn’t build websites. 2C does design user friendly interaction designs. Because of this, usability has an important role from the start and thus becomes an important factor of success for the project. - Recruiting participants
2C has a large database with participants for user tests. From this database we recruit participants with the right profile for our own researches as well as researches for third parties. - Writing web text
2C analyzes and (re)writes web text. 2C writes this text from the user point of view: text that lets the user know what they want to know instead of telling what the organisation wants to tell. - Workshops and lectures
