Vodafone signs agreement with test lab 2C Usability
Maastricht, 17 December 2007 – Starting 2008, Vodafone Netherlands customers will permanently test the usability of the consumer and enterprise section of the Vodafone website. Vodafone has signed an agreement with 2C Usability’s test lab, part of international online research agency MetrixLab. Vodafone wants to raise its current rankings at 5 and 7 in the Multiscope and Alexa top 10 to an absolute top ranking in 2008.
